Why don’t you clean on the same day as garbage day?Garbage routes often have varying pickup times for different services—for instance, trash might be collected in the early morning, while yard waste or compost is picked up later in the afternoon. To account for these inconsistent schedules, we typically schedule your cleaning and sanitizing service the following day to ensure your bins are empty and ready.

Can I switch out the cans that I get cleaned?Unfortunately, the cans serviced cannot be switched each time. For monthly and quarterly cleanings, we place stickers on the front of your garbage cans to identify which ones are scheduled for service. If you'd like additional cans cleaned, we encourage you to add them to your plan to ensure all your bins are taken care of.

How do I know when my cleaning days are?There are two easy ways to check your cleaning days: • Log into your account: Simply log in to your Golden Bins account, click on the sidebar, and select the “Subscription Details” tab to view your next scheduled cleaning. • Text alerts: To make things even easier, we’ll send you a text reminder the night before your cleaning and another message the morning of, letting you know when our driver is on their way. Be sure to select SMS text notifications during sign-up to enable this feature!

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?There are two convenient ways to reschedule your cleaning: • Log into your account: Navigate to the “Availability Calendar” tab on the left-hand side of your account. Here, you can mark any dates you’re unavailable, and our system will automatically schedule your next visit for a later date. • Text or call us: If you’re unable to log into your account, you can call or text us at 346-821-2278 for assistance.
